JULY 2012 | TECNOCOM and EFFIWATER ally for water management.

The Spanish companies Effiwater and Tecnocom have announced a strategic alliance to "lead the national and international water market." Specifically, the alliance includes joint commercial action and exchange of knowledge and experiences in a portfolio of solutions and services common to both companies.
The agreement will allow a more active presence of Tecnocom in the water sector, including in its portfolio of services of consulting activities and water efficiency savings developed by Effiwater and knowledge of all activities related to water supplier industry. Effiwater incorporates active presence worldwide Tecnocom and its commercial and technical capacity.
Since its inception, Effiwater puts its focus on the efficient management of water resources, mainly oriented towards the efficient management of the infrastructure of integrated water cycle, process water distribution and promotion of responsible consumption of water from the implementation of efficient management models, rigorous and quality. Meanwhile, Tecnocom has a complete catalog of business applications for the Energy and Utilities sector, most notably its Aqua Tec solution that covers the entire business process cycle, from customer management and cadastral areas, business management, virtual office, customer care and incidents, maintenance, construction management, mobility and power management systems, including dashboards.

On 12/06/2012 INWATER has been awarded two contracts of REMOTE MAINTENANCE SERVICES with AGUAS DE ALCAZAR EMSA. The first contract is to service remote maintenance facilities in the districts of Alameda de Cervera and Cinco Casas and maintenance of sewage pumps in Campo de Criptana. The second one is to the remote maintenance service in the drinking water facilities in Alcazar de San Juan. |

A total of 8,100 municipalities decides the management of the water in Spain. The sector requests a regulator to gain effectiveness and to save costs |
This year, the celebration of the World-wide Day of the Water agrees with the debate on the privatization of this resource. Unlike the restlessness in the street, for the operating companies, consulting and organisms public the important thing is that beyond that the management is in charge of a public or deprived company, they are the own city councils, sometimes joint, those that in last instance decide the tariff that falls to the user.
